- 65 children cared for in attachment-rich, trauma-informed, healing, and evidence-based ways.
- New families discovering support through our Family Gatherings.
- Parents enjoying a much-needed break at our Parents’ Night Out events.
- Fun summer days filled with pool parties, skating, baseball, and beach outings that built community and connection.

- Missy and Joanna in Munster faithfully serve each month in our children’s program, leading activities and giving parents the support they need to attend Family Gatherings.
- Kim Simmons, a school psychologist and hostess at our Joliet location, helps with meals and guides families whose children face significant behavioral challenges at school, assisting with meetings, advocacy, and securing proper 504 plans and IEPs.

In the year ahead, Carl will carry the values of LoveMoves.Us forward, ensuring parents and families are deeply cared for and volunteers are supported. With new systems, funding streams, and leaders, 2026 promises to bring even more Family Gatherings in new locations — opportunities made possible because of your generosity.
