"As a 'seasoned' parent but new adoptive mom, the impact TBRI has had on our relationship with our son and the healing it has brought him has made an incredible difference in our lives."
— mother of a 14-year-old adoptee
If there's one thing this past year has shown us, we need parenting strategies that work?
Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) provides practical strategies designed to help us know ourselves better so that we can discover the disconnect between ourselves and our children; and uncover the root of our children's behaviors, so that we can address them positively for change.
It was created to help children who have experienced relationship-based traumas such as: institutionalization, adoption, multiple foster placements, maltreatment and neglect.
